Founded in 2017, Pure Vibes is a worker-owned cooperative that creates effective plant-based skincare to help our customers achieve clean, healthy, vibrant skin.

Our products are all manufactured in-house and sold on our website, at our brick-and-mortar location, and through a few dozen retailers around the US.We are looking for advisors who can help us with marketing, operations, strategy, and scaling.

Tiffany Wesley, Founder & Master Esthetician, created Pure Vibes after suffering from hormonal acne and hyperpigmentation associated with PCOS. (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) After a short visit to the doctor and little to no resolution except being told to go vegan and gluten-free.

Tiffany began to audit her lifestyle choices of what she was eating and putting on her face and body. This journey led her to a path of exploring products to fit her needs, but instead, she wasted countless dollars and too many hours on products that didn't work, lacked plant-powered ingredients, and didn't provide expert support. Pure Vibes is the skin solution many of us have searched for. Effective, Plant-powered skin products formulated by experts to help you achieve clean, healthy, vibrant skin!Amid the 2020 pandemic, Tiffany was heartbroken and troubled by the social unrest and started to notice that people were looking for a sense of community and belonging when we were so distant.

In addition to looking for more ways to provide for their families outside of working traditional jobs. She wanted to make an impact in her local community, so she called up Demetrius Neal, asking if he would be the first Founding Member to help transition Pure Vibes into a worker-owned cooperative, providing employees a democratic workplace, a pathway to ownership and equity, building the wealth of her local com
