What's your main motivation for being an advisor?

I feel that not only can I share my experience and knowledge, but I can also learn from others.

What types of situations are you capable of advising on?

Currently, I'm capable of advising on the building of daycares and finding suitable locations. I prepare construction manuals and vendor lists with details about what is necessary to open a childcare center. I also have knowledge related to early childhood nutrition and programming.

Do you see any disruptive trends on the horizon in your industry or position?

The childcare industry in Canada is undergoing a huge transition with nationwide funding and navigating requirements from each region. There aren't any disruptive trends at present, but it is definitely challenging.

Tell me about the most impactful project or decision you’ve been involved in as an executive.

Embarking on the franchise arena in 2017 was definitely a great decision. Now we have six locations and two more on the way. This journey has been incredible. The six locations have impacted families and children with our Christian Curriculum that is offered. Each of the locations is unique; however, entering any one of our centers, you can feel the culture of who we are.
