I specialize in leadership, managing teams, and talent (literally! I've worked in Hollywood as a talent manager to actors, comedians, and writers for over 25 years). I've launched a female-facing diversity initiative. But my main areas of expertise are "how to build your brand" and "how to build your fame". I'm also a TV and film producer. I have built and sold companies. I have experience with branded content.

What's your main motivation for being an advisor?

To expand my relationships in the corporate world. I'm looking to explore new opportunities for myself and expand my network. I'm also interested in expanding my scope of influence.

What types of situations are you capable of advising on?

I can help improve brand messaging or "freshen-up" brands that may feel out of touch or outdated. I can assist in the ideation of fundraising and events, and provide advice on live or fan engagement opportunities.

Do you see any disruptive trends on the horizon in your industry or position?

I work in Hollywood. Our entire industry is experiencing massive disruption by streamers and an overall sea change. Streaming services have disrupted our deal-making and distribution norms, and have brought technology to the forefront of our industry. This has created some serious growing pains.

Tell me about the most impactful project or decision you’ve been involved in as an executive.

I started a management company and production studio in 2007 called Generate. Shortly after we launched the company, YouTube became a big thing - it was a "disruptor" at the time. A Hollywood writers' strike happened later that year, which was painful. We used the moment to broaden the scope of our work and included a branded content studio. It ended up becoming one of our most dominant profit centers!
