What are your areas of expertise?

I have 22 years of experience galvanizing, coordinating, and leading young men in pursuit of a shared goal. I bring 14 years of experience in creating systems and processes designed to market, recruit, and retain young men to a team setting. I bring over 10 years of experience in creating, executing, and assessing educational programs designed to help men change belief systems and adopt behavior change that prevents violence and oppression.

What's your main motivation for being an advisor?

I have an inherent belief in the power of "team" and the ability of a group of people to go further than any one individual can, no matter how capable. I see the advisory role as an opportunity to not only contribute to new teams but also grow in my own knowledge base in various sectors and industries.

My founding of TeamsOfMen in 2020 is easily the headliner of my entrepreneurial career. While I possess both a BS in Business Economics and an MAT in Education, venturing into the consulting space was a leap of faith in both myself and my vision.
