I want to expand my career as an international hotelier and help others to grow their business. My satisfaction comes from seeing others grow because of my advice.

As an advisor, we should think both as an owner and as a customer. This dual perspective can lead to transparent decision-making that could produce an excellent product or service.

Do you see any disruptive trends on the horizon in your industry or position?

Currently, we are in a recovery period after the COVID-19 pandemic. Flight routes have not yet fully recovered to their pre-pandemic state. Global macro-economics are slowing down due to wars, making people think twice about going on holiday. However, travel remains popular as a way to rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul. Despite these challenges, the hotel industry continues to develop slowly, following the market for workers who can work from anywhere.

Tell me about the most impactful project or decision you’ve been involved in as an executive.

One of the most impactful decisions I've been a part of was restructuring management and reducing team sizes. This led to more efficient and effective management in line with flexible SOPs in the field. Coupled with a streamlined recruitment system and excellent training, this decision had a significant impact on our operations.
