In essence, I work with companies to help them develop strategic plans related to aligning their business needs with their IT and data strategies. From there, I have expertise in various domains within data management and in helping a company grow, transform, and run. A few of these domains include data quality, data warehousing, and business intelligence. After implementation, it's about driving value from the insights through data analytics projects (from use-case development to project execution to action-oriented adoption).

Currently, I am helping the State of Ohio mature their data analytics capabilities, using analytics to improve the lives of Ohio citizens. I drive the State's data strategy, the development, and adoption of a "first-in-breed" technical ecosystem for the State.

What's your main motivation for being an advisor?

I would like to provide other individuals with the lessons I have learned from my experiences as an executive advisor. Whether it was in the private sector working with Fortune 10 to 100 companies within the technology and business departments, or in public sector. I have learned many things over the course of my career and life. Don't make the same mistakes I have made. Make your road easier.

I have been involved in quite a few impactful projects, some of which I am able to publicly discuss. I would need to understand the audience and whether these projects are behind membership or out in the public.
