What are your areas of expertise?

My main areas of expertise span far and wide given the unique role I currently serve. I have become a subject matter expert in most things related to accounting and finance for early entrepreneurial CPG ventures. This includes, but is not limited to, software stacking, standard business operation processes, and proper financial presentation for accurate modeling for scalable growth and series raises.

What's your main motivation for being an advisor?

With my broad areas of expertise, I wanted to share these skills with early entrepreneurs aiming for large scale growth and preparation for exit. When I first started my own business, I wished I had more people to advise me on what to do next.

The areas where I could add the most value is in appropriate tech stacking for efficiency and cost management. My role is unique in that I have an opportunity to make a large impact in a short period of time for all of my clients during the early periods of their engagement. Regardless of whether they work in CPG, Beauty, SAAS, or food and beverage, my role enables a bird's-eye view of a company that most, if not all, rarely get to see.
