Tell me about the most impactful project or decision you've been involved in as an executive.

One of my proudest projects was founding a non-profit that provides service dog solutions to veterans. I was appalled to see the amount of funds in organizations across the country that went toward salaries instead of programs. I wanted to put as much money as possible towards the program, and not into salary for the board. We were able to form a successful program, with $0.91 for every dollar going towards service dog training - astonishingly lower than the industry average - with the remainder for marketing, location, and other expenses.
